Mr. Bonfiglio earned his engineering degree from the University of Wyoming in 1986, and earned his juris doctor, also from the University of Wyoming, in 1993. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Bonfiglio was a practicing civil engineer and was the project engineer for projects with construction budgets in excess of $80,000,000.00. After law school, Mr. Bonfiglio moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, and has been an Arizona licensed attorney since 1993. Upon arriving in Arizona, and prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Bonfiglio worked for a boutique landlord tenant law firm where he gained valuable experience representing commercial landlords with tenant and bankruptcy issues.

Mr. Bonfiglio has a vibrant and multifaceted practice in many areas of the law. His practice covers cases in insurance subrogation; collections; commercial landlord /tenant; real estate transactions and disputes; estate planning and probate; and, entity formation and business law. Mr. Bonfiglio handles both large and small cases, with his main clients being commercial landlords and multi-national insurance companies. As an engineer, he oftentimes has a unique way of attacking issues and uses his problem-solving skills to resolve disputes in an expedited and efficient manner.
